The base fee includes shared accommodation, meals, airport pickup (one-way), yoga classes, and training materials. Additional costs may include private or premium rooms ($100–$300), special dietary requests, Yoga Alliance registration fees (RYT‑200 ~$65; RYT‑500 ~$150), optional excursions or workshops, return airport transfers, travel expenses, and personal items (mats, props, books). Deposits are non-refundable, and rescheduling may incur a price difference. Balance payments upon arrival are generally non-refundable.
